Living for today is a great life strategy until something happens and your family suffer after your demise. Creating a Will and, if necessary, a Trust or a Power of Attorney is simple to arrange. We assist all our clients is making sure that these affairs have been completed and implemented as soon as possible. Some can be very complicated with children with ex-partners, children overseas, split residences or varied business interests. With such complexities to the drafting of Wills, Trusts and property ownership, we work with Legacy Tax and Trust Limited who are able to implement Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney, making sure your property is correctly owned to protect your estate and long term care needs. The service provided is fully insured and regulated under the Will Writing Society.

Ensuring our clients have enough insurance for potential events is part of the overall Plan. It is usually an emotion matter for clients to decide how much and when they cover themselves or potential events. Life situations change so the level of cover needs to be reviewed regularly as does the cost of the cover.
