Terms & Conditions - Seymour Financial Referral Scheme.
1. Promoter
The promoter of this referral scheme is Seymour Financial Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Eligibility
The referral scheme is open to existing clients of Seymour Financial
Referrals must relate to individuals aged 18 or over and resident in the UK
Employees of Seymour Financial and their immediate families are not eligible to participate
3. How the Scheme Works
An existing client (“Referrer”) may introduce an individual (“Referee”) to Seymour Financial via the official referral process
A referral can be made by submitting the Referee’s details through our referral form or by directing the Referee to contact us directly
The Referrer MUST confirm that they have obtained the Referee’s permission to share their details and for us to contact them
4. What counts as a qualifying referral
A referral will qualify for a reward where:
- The Referee attends an initial meeting with Seymour Financial following the introduction made by the Referrer
5. Referral reward
Where a referral qualifies, the Referrer will receive a £100 voucher as a thank you
Rewards are only payable once per referred individual
There is no cash alternative to the voucher
Vouchers are non-transferable
6. Multiple referrals
Referrers may make multiple referrals
A £100 voucher may be provided for each qualifying referral, subject to these Terms & Conditions
7. Timing of reward
Rewards will be issued after the Referee attends their initial meeting with Seymour Financial.
8. Discretion and fair use
We reserve the right to withhold or decline a reward where:
The referral does not meet the criteria set out in these Terms
We suspect misuse, abuse, or manipulation of the scheme
This scheme is intended for genuine personal introductions and must not be used for commercial lead generation
9. Conflicts of interest and inducements
Any reward provided under this scheme is a gesture of appreciation for an introduction
It does not influence the advice provided, which remains independent, objective, and in the best interests of the client
Participation in this scheme does not affect the quality or nature of the service provided to any client
10. Data protection
By submitting a referral, the Referrer MUST confirm that:
- They have obtained the Referee’s explicit consent to share their personal data
- The Referee is aware that Seymour Financial may contact them
We will process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy.
When contacting a Referee, we will:
- Clearly identify ourselves
Explain why we are making contact - Provide the Referee with the opportunity to opt out of further communication
The Referee has the right to object to direct marketing at any time.
11. Privacy
We will only use personal data for the purpose of administering the referral and providing financial services where appropriate

12. Availability and changes
This referral scheme is ongoing and does not have a fixed end date
We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the scheme at any time
13. Liability
We accept no responsibility for:
Incomplete or inaccurate referral submissions
Any technical issues affecting the submission of referrals
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability which cannot legally be limited
14. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Additional information
We may limit initial contact with a Referee to a single communication where no prior relationship exists.
